Store-bought spinach dip often has sugar or other additives. You can prepare this easy recipe spinach dip themselves, and better to taste it. You must not use a food processor, but decomposes more spinach to give a smoother dip. To reduce carbs further, you can replace regular mayonnaise up to half of the cream. All sour "fat" cream may be used (but watch out for added sugar).
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen chopped 10 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream (see note above)

If a food processor is used, combine spinach only a few times. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. If you are not using a food processor, combine the ingredients in a bowl.
