Cut the carbs with cauliflower & quot; Potatoes & quot; Lettuce ...

You can use this recipe with the same kinds of dressing, spices, etc., are used to make a potato salad - in fact, to taste the adaptation, which is important for the success of this dish. Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free or sugar-like taste or chopped dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional, but good - see below for ideas)

Preparation:

1) Break or cut the cauliflower into florets rather small. If they are too large, they are difficult to cook, so that they have the "bite" on the right side and taste - tends outdoors too long.

2) A microwave films with a small amount of water or water vapor-coated in the furnace vessel. I've never tried to cook, but cauliflower tends to hold on to water, so I'm a little skeptical.
