If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth more! Some of them are my recipes and other recipes simple carbohydrates by About.com for my site or other sites About.com foods produced are low. People thought it was very helpful. I have almost every morning fried eggs with something (usually leftover vegetables or flax toast). I love that I do it quickly - if vegetables are hot or toast, eggs are usually made. I've learned eggs without untensils flip, and now you can too! It's fun, and it just takes a little practice - so you can be proud of his new skill!
