Chopped Salad

Chopped salads are some of my favorite salads. I love them because they are easy to eat (no huge salad leaves), and you have a lot of flavor with every bite, in different combinations of flavors. In this recipe for salad chopped I like small pieces of apple, a little sweet, salty bacon and give it sharp contrast creamy avocado.

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 Tomato medium chopped plum,
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped apple
  • ¼ cup blue cheese cheese
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • 2 slices of cooked ham, chopped

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients with dressing or Italian viniagrette. Makes great portions. If you want something less filling, share and / or use less lawyer.
