Low-Carb Summer

Under potato salad, rolls and strawberry cake, you would think that the summer holidays in July to 4th be a festival of carbohydrates, but there are many great ways that traditional are low in carbohydrates, and others that can be performed easily. Here are some ideas for a wonderful celebration without sending your blood sugar in the blood clouds.
