The Bottom Line

The mashed potato substitute - but it is much more. I used "strength" mashed cauliflower or celery to improve the texture. I have it instead of breadcrumbs in meatloaf, crab cakes and salmon cakes. I have a sort of flat as with hamburger and spices pad. In summary it can be a real asset in the low-carb cooking substitute high fiber strength.

True Confessions: I am not a big fan of instant mashed potatoes, so I might not be the best instant mashers judge for themselves. For me, as a standalone product, with instant potatoes are classified, but some people in our Low Carb Forum as this way. I think gloss as a substitute strengths.
