Most low carb nachos never make

I have a fondness for nachos occasionally - this combination of salty chips, cheese, hot sauce, delicious guacamole, cilantro, sour cream and maybe some baked beans or ground beef. Obviously, fleas are the problem here. The problem is similar to Pizza - Nachos toppings are low in carbohydrates, but use it as a base? I have tried many different things over the years, and those are things that I find works best for low carb nachos.

French fries and baked cheese
