Most fruits are rich in nutrients. However, some of them are also full of sugar, so that people choose their body does not process sugar and must wisely.
Fortunately, most low-sugar fruits of nutrients and antioxidants, such as fruits and melons are higher. Most consumers low-carb 1, 2 or even 3 servings of fruit a day to eat, unless they are very sensitive to sugar or are on a very low level carb plan like the Atkins plan or South Beach diet; usually the first week of this diet.
