Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Butter the bottom of a large box shape - if desired, cover the bottom with baking paper and butter or oil well.
1) Mix dry ingredients (a blender works well).
2) Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
3) Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the top is lightly browned (when a toothpick in the bread comes out clean, you can remove from the oven.)
After cooling, the mold resolve and break into pieces. Chill. At this point I would like to let it dry for a few hours, or put it in a low oven. Can you first cut into cubes if you like, or after drying a little.
It is used for filling low-carb.
