The Super Bowl is proof that people are almost forced to grow food supplies. Did you know that the Super Bowl has become one of the biggest "holiday" of food in the United States? You might think it would be hard to keep low carb food, but it's really not that hard - there are many possibilities, low carb, to celebrate with friends, and watching the football game, those more interested are interested in advertising, and those who are on the side chatting. You do not send your blood sugar or insulin, to celebrate the game!

Things to consider when planning food for a Super Bowl party:
