A delicious and satisfying low-carb breakfast ...

love this idiot

Done several times and really enjoy. The only changes I have made: I have Almond Breeze vanilla coconut milk instead. Also slow to shake half a teaspoon xanthan the mixer running, ice cubes one at a time. What makes a good thick milkshake. When I tired of the same old thing for breakfast, which is a nice change, especially in hot and humid morning.
