If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth more! Some of them are my recipes and other recipes simple carbohydrates by About.com for my site or other sites About.com foods produced are low. People thought it was very helpful. As one reader wrote my cabbage recipe "Rice", "I know this recipe for years, but always thought it would be hard to do, or the time or something. Having the link to the video was the key for me, because believe me, that's easy. thinking, I have all these years enjoyed this recipe! Dang! "
