Sugar Free Strawberry Topping

Preparation

This is one of the few things I use Splenda powder instead of liquid.

The amount depends on what you are used to. For the cheese filling, I use 2-3 cups of strawberries.

For each cup of chopped strawberries, sprinkle a packet of Splenda and mix in a tablespoon of sugar-free jam.

Nutritional Information: One cup of chopped strawberries has 9.5 grams effective carbohydrate, 3 g fiber. Splenda has one gram of carbohydrate per packet, and each brand jam will be different (Make sure that you get the jam without sugar) a little.
