Slow Cooker Hungarian Goulash

This is not a traditional goulash 100%, but the basic flavors are here. I like to serve on a bed of sauteed cabbage strips. To switch from goulash paprikash, serve with a dollop of sour cream on top, and each person can in to your account. Certainly with the butcher cut and remove excess fat.
