The best advice I had for the use and storage of ginger root is always the simple secret: keep in the freezer (I use a zip-type bag). This means:
- It is very light and finely ground (a grater will do, although I like the best way Microplane)
- You do not need to peel! I'm not kidding. So good to make dander Do not worry, meaning
- Much less waste, so it takes longer.
One tablespoon fresh ginger has a gram of carbohydrate and much taste.
