Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F.
1) Grease a 8-inch round or square cake pan. When you remove the cake before serving, line the bottom with parchment or wax paper, and grease the top of the well.
2) Cream the butter until fluffy. Add honey, spices, sweetener, cocoa and salt, and beat until smooth.
3) The eggs and beat until everything is mixed well.
4) Add the ground almonds, baking powder and coffee. Stir stir or whisk until smooth and pour filling into prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until center springs or toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and cut into 8 pieces for a round or square pan pan, 9.
