Sugar vanilla sauce (made cream, soft ...

These sugar-free pudding is the traditional way to the left, while snow to use egg yolk custard and a sauce for the same time. It is not difficult, but you follow the instructions carefully, or you can have scrambled eggs!

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3/4 milk and 1/4 cup cream or 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 t vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Sweetener to equal 2 T sugar

Preparation:

1) Heat the milk or milk and cream until it burns - if the steam is probably there. I do it in the microwave.

2) Add the vanilla, sweetener and salt into milk.

3) Beat the egg yolks. Add a little milk and mix well (this is called "tempering" the eggs that are not cooked). Repeat, with a little milk if it takes the eggs slowly to temperature.

4) Enter., A small amount of water in the bottom of a double boiler or a pot that you can give a bowl Heat. The water should not touch bottom of bowl. Stir in the milk and egg mixture and stir or whisk over hot / boiling water, until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat and stir until it coats a spoon. Store in a refrigerator.

Nutritional Analysis: Each of 8 servings (2-3 scoops) 1.5 grams of carbohydrates and 60 calories (less if you do not the cream).
