I had the pleasure of interviewing low-carb author, blogger and podcaster Jimmy Moore a few months ago. Recently, we have roles were reversed, and Jimmy and I chatted about his Livin 'La Vida Low-Carb podcast. Jimmy met at conferences in the past and we often communicate online, so it was really a pleasure. The conversation covered and there are several questions about low carb diet and low carb science, some of my background. Discover the interview here, and all the other interviews from Jimmy. I agree with your podcast, and I can say that he is the most influential people in the community to low-carb interview, and through his many writings, he made a real difference in the lives of many people, its unique blend of information and support for the site by us, which, as he would say, are "live life for low carb".
