Ingredients:
- 1 small package sugar geletin raspberry dessert, such as Jello brand (~ 0.3 oz)
- 1 ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Sugar substitute equal cup sugar (carbohydrate sweetener sucralose zero as the preferred liquid) ¼
- Pinch of salt
- Cream cheese, chopped 6 oz
- ¼ teaspoon orange extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries, unsweetened
Preparation:
1 Geletin raspberry dissolved in boiling water.
2 Process walnuts in a food processor to a coarse flour.
Three. Add the butter, salt, and sweetener and mix until smooth

Bake 5 8-11 minutes, until lightly browned (watch carefully when approaching).
6 When the mixture cools geletin the point where it can conveniently carry the finger, add orange extract and cream cheese and mix. You can use a blender, food processor or regular blender.
Mix 1 cup of mixed berries and in the form of shell pecan 7th Add.
8 Cool in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes, until the mixture thickens, but not defined. Sprinkle the other half cup of raspberries on top.
9 Chill until they intersect fully assembled and in squares.
Nutritional Information: Each of the nine squares with 2.5 grams of carbon efficient carbohydrates, 2.5 g fiber, 3 grams of protein and 179 calories.
