Low-carb Lemon Mousse

This recipe is basically a combination of my lemon cream whipped cream without sugar. (Please do not try it with lemon curd without sugar trade, I think you will be disappointed. My version is not hard to do.)

Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe lemon cream, chilled (see link)
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream (preferably not ultra-pasteurized)
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar substitute equivalent to 2-3 tablespoons sugar (liquid sucralose works well, see link below)

Preparation:

The cream with vanilla and sugar substitute. (Tips for making whipped cream.) Mix with lemon cream. Make sweetener if you add a little (depending on how you want your mousse cake) want. Serve to be complicated, wine or martini glasses in dessert bowls or. Berries and mint make a beautiful decoration.

Makes 6 servings.

Nutritional Information: Each serving contains 2 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of protein and 209 calories effectively.
